Description

ALSEAL AS-4004 / AS-4004S MS Joint Sealant is a single-component, fast-curing, elastomeric sealant formulated using advanced MS Polymer technology. Its low-modulus formulation provides a permanently flexible seal with ?25% movement capability to accommodate moving joints. Recommended for joint sealing within waterproofing systems, including wall-to-wall and wall-to-floor fillet joints, it is also suitable for door and window perimeter sealing. Its paintable finish, good UV resistance and adhesion to a wide range of building materials make it a versatile solution for construction joint sealing.

APPLICATION / SUBSTRATES

Applications: Concrete fillet joints; precast wall panel joints; expansion, control and connection joints; wall-to-wall and wall-to-floor joints; door and window frame perimeters, particularly where painting is required.

Substrates: GRC panels, anodised aluminium, masonry, porcelain, coated metal, finished wood, epoxy and polyester panels, UPVC, polystyrene and stainless steel.
